Central Luzon State University (CLSU) as ‘Reporter’ status in the 2025 World University Ranking of the Times Higher Education

We are delighted to announce and share that Central Luzon State University was included in the 2025 Times Higher Education World University Rankings (WUR) with the "Reporter" status on Times Higher Education's official release of results, 9 October 2024. This status recognizes universities such as Central Luzon State University that have submitted data for this important global exercise. THE World University Ranking's reporter status means that one of the metrics which is the total number of Scopus-indexed publications has yet to achieved to be fully ranked. The metric on research publications to Elsevier’s Scopus-indexed journals requires the university to have 1000 publications within the five (5) years and 150 threshold per year. CLSU, continues to strive and strategize to achieve this metric.

The Times Higher Education World University Rankings is a global performance tables that judge research-intensive universities across all their core missions: teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook. The performance indicators are grouped into five areas such as: Teaching (the learning environment), Research (volume, income and reputation), Citations (research influence), International outlook (staff, students and research), and Industry income (knowledge transfer).
