Professor Masami Isoda (Director of CRICED at University of Tsukuba) is facilitating an exclusive robotics workshop at the CLSU ICT Research and Development Training Center (CLIRDEC) as part of his two-day engagement on campus.

The workshop is being attended by selected faculty members from the College of Education (Departments of Elementary Education, Science Education, and Technology, Livelihood, and Life Skills Education, and CLSU Laboratory for Teaching and Learning) and the International Affairs Office. Technical staff from C&E Publishing Inc. (a Philippine partner of the ArTec Robo company in Japan) are also onsite to provide assistance.
This workshop is organized by the International Affairs Office in collaboration with the College of Education to introduce robotics into the university's STEAM education, particularly for junior high school and pre-service teacher education curricula.
