The BaCaDM Project is thrilled to announce and welcome Dr. Fazil Dusunceli, Agriculture Officer (Plant Pathology), Plant Production and Protection Division (NSP), Sub-regional Office for Central Asia (FAO-SEC), Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations as our distinguish keynote speaker for the 1st International Stakeholders Forum for Banana and Cacao which will be held at the DA-BPI Conference Hall, Malate, Manila on September 27, 2024. Dr. Fazil will present and share his expertise on transboundary plant pests and diseases, principles for prevention of their spread and management in reference to banana and cacao in the Philippines. In addition, he will share the Food and Agriculture Organization's vision, and efforts related to transboundary plant pests and diseases, along with recommendations.
