The International Affairs Office (IAO) of Central Luzon State University (CLSU), through the Global Student Ambassadors (GSA), hosted the first-ever episode of the “Alitaptap Series” on December 14, 2025. This virtual event was held in collaboration with the ASEAN Youth Organization (AYO) and featured its first speaker, Hasna Basirah Mazalan from Brunei Darussalam.

Ms. Hasna's presentation, titled "Discovering Brunei Darussalam: Beyond the Map, The Abode of Peace," began with a brief background on the ASEAN Youth Organization. The main content was divided into three chapters: "The Brunei You Don’t See on a Map," "People, Values, and National Identity," and "Explore Brunei Adventure Edition."
To make the discussion more interactive and informative, the session included a Question-and-Answer segment, a "Guess the meaning of Brunei Malay phrases" game, and a "Build your Brunei journey" activity.

The event was attended by members of the Global Student Ambassadors, students from Central Luzon State University (CLSU), Visayas State University (VSU), Aurora State College of Technology (ASCOT), and international students from Universitas Brawijaya, Indonesia, and Universiti Putra Malaysia.

The “Alitaptap Series” is a virtual conversation platform that offers young people from around the world a vibrant space to exchange ideas, share diverse viewpoints, and connect across cultures, which significantly helps in promoting internationalization.
