September 5, 2025

The International Affairs Office (IAO) of Central Luzon State University (CLSU) conducted a consultation meeting with Commission on Higher Education Regional Office III (CHEDRO III) Director Dr. Lora Yusi, along with Education Program Supervisors Dr. Tricia Gayle Bondoc and Dr. John Wesley S. Calagui, to further discuss the implementation of CHED Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 3, Series of 2025 — Updated Guidelines for Securing Authority to Travel Abroad for State Universities and Colleges (SUCs). The meeting was held on June 20, 2025, at Clark, Pampanga.

Dr. Parsons N. Hail, Director of the IAO, and Dr. Emil F. Eubaldo, Chief of the Mobility and Intercultural Exchange Unit, sought clarifications on the processes outlined in the revised CMO. Discussions focused on provisions related to student mobility and international travel applications for faculty and staff.

Following this consultation, the Office of the Director will soon conduct orientations and policy briefings for faculty and students to ensure alignment with national directives while advancing international collaboration and academic exchange.
