IAO Director attends the 1st CHED UGNAYAN 2026 as a Panelist

The Commission on Higher Education Regional Office III (CHEDRO III), together with the Central Luzon Association of International Relations Officers (CLAIRO), conducted the 1st “UGNAYAN 2026” (Unifying Global Networks and Yielding Academic Niches) at Bulacan State University.

Dr. Parsons N. Hail, Director of the International Affairs Office of Central Luzon State University (CLSU), served as one of the panelists during the session titled “On Building International Partnerships and Initiating and Implementing Programs,” along with Atty. Eric G. Claudio, Director of International Affairs of Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST), Atty. Gloria J. Victoria-Bañas, President of City College of San Fernando Pampanga (CCSFP) and with the moderator Dr. Mildred M. Crisostomo, President of Central Luzon Association of International Relations Officers (CLAIRO) and Director of International Partnerships and Programs of Pampanga State University.

The event convened higher education institutions in the region to expand CLAIRO membership, facilitate HEI membership in UMAP Philippines, Inc., provide a unified understanding of ACHIEVE’s internationalization component and strategies, showcase best practices of selected HEIs in partnership formation, program initiation, and program implementation, and harmonize regional internationalization efforts toward stronger institutional and regional impact.
