GSA of IAO hosted the last episode of Alitaptap Talks with speaker from Pakistan
The International Affairs Office (IAO) of Central Luzon State University (CLSU), through the Global Student Ambassadors (GSA), hosted the fourth and last episode of the “Alitaptap Series” on January 24, 2025.
This virtual event featured Arslan Arshad as a Resource Speaker from the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan.
Mr. Arslan is a dedicated researcher specializing in Plant Breeding, Evolutionary Genetics, and Biotechnology. He earned his Master’s in Plant Breeding and Biotechnology from IPB University in Indonesia. His work integrates molecular and bioinformatics approaches to address global challenges in food security and biodiversity conservation.
His presentation, titled “Unity in Diversity: Exploring the Culture of Pakistan’s Provinces" contains the history, rich culture, tourism potential, and cultural celebration of Pakistan.
The “Alitaptap Series” is a virtual conversation platform that offers young people from around the world a vibrant space to exchange ideas, share diverse viewpoints, and connect across cultures, which significantly helps in promoting internationalization.
