To strengthen institutional internationalization efforts and align future strategic performance targets, the International Affairs Office (IAO) of Central Luzon State University conducted its Program Planning Review on October 22, 2026 at the Hannah W. Tibbs Writers’ Studio.
The session was led by IAO Director, Dr. Parsons N. Hail alongside the complete IAO personnel and key university strategists–Ms. Jinky A. Parugurg, Director of Financial Management Service, Mr. Ryan B. Esteban, Director of Strategic Planning and Infrastructure Management Office, Ms. Josel SA. Geacaniga and Mr. Jessie Dann A. Fabro, SPDD Planning Officers.
During the review, Dr. Hail presented the IAO Accomplishment Report as of the third quarter of 2026. He detailed the performance indicators, strategic targets, emerging challenges experienced, gaps observed and catch-up plans across the office’s four key divisions; Engagement and Collaboration, Mobility and Intercultural Exchange, Reputation and Visibility, and Events and Services.
The meeting provided an in-depth analysis of current student and faculty mobility status and prioritizing key deliverables for the final quarter of 2026 to strengthen CLSU’s global network. A significant portion of the meeting was dedicated to reviewing the proposed budgets for Fiscal Years 2026 and 2027.
As CLSU continues to broaden its global horizons, this planning review meeting highlights the university’s systematic approach to expanding its international networks that directly contributes to the realization of the university's mission and vision by continuously monitoring metrics and aligning budget allocations with clear operational targets.
