
Sustainable Production of Freshwater Fishes for Food Security Track: Lecture sessions, laboratory activities and community immersion of the CLSU-SEARCA-UC International Summer Short-term Program 2024.

This year’s 4th edition of the CLSU-SEARCA-UC International Summer Short-term Program of the Central Luzon State University in partnership with the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA), and the University Consortium (UC) was held at the CLSU Campus from July 21 to August 3, 2024 with the following program offering (a) Sustainable Production of Freshwater Fishes for Food Security, (b) Sustainable and Efficient Goat Production in Tropical Areas, and (c) Sustainable Mushroom Pharming.
Participants from the three tracks undergo two-week interactive lecture sessions and were immersed into laboratory and community works in their respective research centers such as the Freshwater Aquaculture Center, the Center for Tropical Mushroom Research and Development, and the Small Ruminant Center guided by track professors and experts.
